ImgToTxt provides three subscription plans: Free, Standard, and Custom. Each plan is designed to cater to different usage levels and feature requirements. Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD, $) for customers outside India and are billed through PayPal; customers in India are billed in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) through Razorpay. Prices are subject to change, with advance notice provided for material changes.

2.1 Free Plan

The Free Plan is available at no cost and is ideal for users with basic needs. Features include:

• Up to 25 text extractions per day
• Up to 10 files per upload
• PDF extraction, up to 5 pages per document
• Unlimited history retention for extracted text
• Standard support via email

2.2 Standard Plan

The Standard Plan is priced at $5.00 per month and offers enhanced features for regular users. Features include:

• Up to 100 text extractions per day
• Up to 25 files per upload
• PDF extraction, up to 25 pages per document
• Unlimited history retention for extracted text
• Data export in CSV format
• Standard support via email

2.3 Custom Plan

The Custom Plan is tailored for businesses or users with specific requirements. Pricing and features are determined based on your needs. Features may include:

• Tailored extraction limits
• Unlimited history retention
• Volume discounts for high-usage accounts
• Dedicated support options (e.g., priority email or phone support)
• Potential API access for integration with other systems

3. Billing Terms

Our billing terms ensure clarity and consistency for all paid subscriptions:

• The Standard Plan is billed monthly in advance at $5.00 per month.
• Custom Plan billing terms are agreed upon during the consultation process and may involve monthly or annual billing.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled, as outlined in our Cancellations and Refunds Policy.
• All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors, which should be reported to our support team promptly.

4. Upgrading or Changing Plans

You can upgrade or change your plan at any time through your ImgToTxt account settings:

• Upgrading from the Free Plan to the Standard Plan takes effect immediately, with prorated billing for the current billing period.
• To switch to the Custom Plan, contact our sales team to discuss your requirements and finalize the plan details.
• Downgrading or canceling a plan follows the terms in our Cancellations and Refunds Policy.

5. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Pricing Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or operational practices. Any material changes, such as price increases, will be communicated via email or through our website at least 30 days before they take effect.
